1867. Map of Level Station, Harlan Township.

1875. Level Station may be  the smallest community in our area. Sometimes just called Level, this tiny town was a railroad stop on the Cincinnati & Marietta Railroad. Its located on Morrow-Woodville Road just west of S.R. 28, in Harlan Township, Warren County. The name was changed to Windsor and there are still signs marking it's location today.

It was never officially laid out as a town but had a depot, general store, school, grain warehouse and post office.
