Z.T. Peddicords Dry Goods Store was located in Crosson Block on the east side of South Broadway. The building would later be the home of the Blanchester Merchantile Company, Thrift "E" Market, I.G.A and Save-A-Lot. The site is currently the location of United Dairy Farmers.
