The Blanchester area has seen it's fair share of amazing events. The Wright Brothers airplane came for an exhibition, the county fair every summer, parades, car races and the Fall Carnival.
There were also tragic events such as the Great Fire of 1895 which destroyed most of the buildings in the downtown district.
